FCCH connects income eligible families to a network of DCFS licensed home child care providers. This program is administered through the IDHS Child Care Assistance Program, which assists families in paying for child care. The goal of the program is to provide parents with the opportunity to maintain employment and/or attend school. In this program, your child or children will receive adequate care, age appropriate activities, and developmental screenings.

- Infant/Child health records (physical and immunization records)
Income Requirements - low income (federal poverty level)
Residency Requirements - Lake County Resident
Other Requirements - Must be working or going to high school and have a child 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
